There is no confusion here. It is all either on tape or has multiple witnesses that are not favorable to Punks side. I would say there is a less than 0% chance of Punk walking away with "half the company" if it was even possible to have less than a 0% chance.

Also punks gripe about rumors to the dirtsheets being what set him off does him absolutely no favors because it's all hearsay and all it shows is that he will spaz out, become insubordinate and assault his bosses over rumors on the internet. He is lucky af he didn't get arrested; if a normal person here spazzed on their bosses and then bit them and threw chairs and shit they would immediately be terminated and arrested and would find it very hard to ever find decent employment ever again.
