Yeah, a company is always going to make some sort of mistakes and there are things that are going to come down to growing pains, but “remember the rankings?” is something that they arguably don’t deserve to just shrug. It was 3 years of banging their heads against a wall with something that was never going to work, only for them to eventually admit it was a failure.
