Voices of Wrestling reported on their patreon there have been a lot of suspensions lately in AEW, Sammy/Eddie apparently got into a fistfight recently and now Kingston is suspended as a result, which explains why he isn't booked for All Out...Buddy Matthews apparently recently returned from a suspension as well...
