I’ve used this analogy before: Imagine watching a boxing movie where Mike Tyson, in his prime, plays a fictional version of himself. If he’s loses 50% of the time in the movie, as they build to his big fight while promoting him as an unstoppable beast, are you gonna think “Well, he IS Mike Tyson.” or are you gonna think “This is shit storytelling. I’m out.”?
