After Tenryu beats Tsuruta with the second Powerbomb — which is just brilliant — Tsuruta is right up in Tenryu’s face like he wants to shake hands after the loss. I love this because it’s what an egomaniacal top star probably would find themselves doing to try and take over a moment having lost. It’s like a kayfabe version of Hogan stealing the spotlight from Warrior at WrestleMania VI. It may be where Hogan got the idea from.
