Nope.

"Yeah, but they made up a person to do something, so clearly something bad must have happened!"

Nope. They might be using an alias, but that by itself is not an indication of anything and not a legal issue in this situation.

"Well yeah, but they said they'd never do what they're now doing! See, they're just as bad as WWE!"

One person, who's not ultimately in charge, claimed over 3 years ago that if FANS (not critics) post one specific type of media that's not even mentioned in this "story" infringement claims won't be pursued by AEW, and he may or may not have even had the authority to actually bind AEW to that claim.

"Yeah, but they're preventing people from criticizing them!"

Nah, you're still free to criticize them all you want. I mean this thread here alone is evidence of that. You just can't violate their IP rights in doing so and they don't like you're using their IP. Also, they're just like almost every company on the planet that does this, because they have the right to selectively enforce their IP rights how they see fit.

I'll give xrod credit though, he's got more balls than Noid at least. The only thing I respect less than a moron, is a moron who's also a coward.
You’re not a lawyer. Stop lying to people to try and big-note yourself for validation.

I love the way that you, “as a lawyer,” reference the timing of the article like it has anything to do with the subject at hand. Nor is the legality for that matter. xrod is just pointing out that they’re wormy assholes. Like you. No wonder you take that boot in so far.

You want cowards? Why don’t you tell people the truth about this company being a giant nothing taco? And stop fucking trying to change the subject to get them off the line.
