Something from 3+ years ago that only exclusively mentions GIFs but not videos or anything else. Never mind that Matt Jackson may or may not have had the authority as an agent (an agent of the company, not a match making agent, just to be clear) of AEW to make that claim at the time.
Nevermind that all company's selectively enforce their IP, because that's simply a right of ownership. Depending on if and how much it helps or hurts a company to market/promote their company/product, that's a factor in determining how likely they are to enforce their IP rights.
