I think if it wasn't a work, he would have been cut off long before he was. You could clearly see where he was going with that and they played it just like Punk's pipe bomb in WWE. The only thing I'm unsure about is whether him no showing the fan signing was a work as well to build up on his situation or if he actually did that and they are working a shoot. Either way I loved it
