It makes sense from O’Reilly’s end. He’s not likely to be high on WWE’s priority list. Pretend to be loyal and sign on for several million guaranteed. He’s likely to push you now too, since a lot of talent will likely be leaving within the next couple of years.

It’s an indictment on the state of wrestling though. And egg on Tony Khan’s face.
