Why would Vince not want to take back a whiny malcontent who bitched about working with The Rock, being champion for over a year, and couldn’t understand why Vince McMahon wouldn’t let him plaster Y2Stacker logos all over his gear. The same whiny malcontent that butted heads with his son-in-law, management and slandered his medical staff. A malcontent who went to the UFC and embarrassed himself. The same malcontent who was a single PPV buyrate in wrestling despite the push. Someone who didn’t get why it was important for the champion to be doing the PR appearances John Cena was.

How could Vince McMahon say no to bringing that guy back and putting him over your already established and largely grateful roster?
