I’m pretty sure the plan was always to train him up and give him enough of a taste that he wants to do more of it. He’s the perfect celebrity for wrestling. They’re shitheads, but that level of unpredictability they bring can actually help the product and bring people in.

They’re already workers, now they’d just be doing it in the WWE.
