I've always thought one show would be a "finishing school". Something you graduate to before the main roster. And you have your other show with freshly trained wrestlers, mixed in with established vets. Scott 2 Hotty would have been perfect for this. Someone who's been around but can still go. Gangrel would be another guy I'd pick. Brian Kendrick before he went all Nazi. Or wrestlers who aren't being used on the main roster/working back from injury.
