Sorry I missed this. I know they reset. I also know bryan is ranked #3 in the new rankings with a losing record this years and is ahead of guys with winning records.

Serious question: When is the last time the rankings were used at all in factoring in who gets the next title program? Because for quite a while now the spot haa been given to whichever guy wins a tournament/ladder match/battle royal or just whoever does a run in on the champ.
