Quick google search says there was an alleged verbal agreement between the two. Maybe there’s more but if that’s all it was then it’s he said she said. Seeing as both suits were dropped I’d guess neither had any evidence to favor one side or the other. I also don’t see why IWC would give a shit. That’s a personal issue between those.
