I really like the "two technical fouls" thing - it reminds me of public warnings in the World of Sport days, which is something I've long wanted to see brought back. It means that the referee can be empowered to take some kind of action, without jumping straight to a disqualification, so they don't look completely ineffectual.
There's a danger, with those rules, of it all being and bit staid and boring, and potentially repetitive, but what will make it interesting is if they have anyone start to break those rules, and how that's presented.
Surely a heel at some point will just start a match by kicking the face in the nads since they've got another foul to play with.
