I fucking hated Heath Slater in the first season of NXT, they were trying to do a white meat babyface thing with a guy who seemed easy to dislike. Dude had "annoying heel" written all over him. Then trying to see him try to look menacing in Nexus was a joke.

Then they finally turned him into the heel he should've been all along and he was outstanding.
