Lots of really good posts here, to be honest. It’s refreshing, because I expected a lot of chest-thumping for AEW. It really is silly.

With the demos, you can tell the reporting is biased because AEW getting killed in women, which is important, is completely brushed over. Vastardikai pointed that out.

It’s great if you can get 18 year old influencers on-board with your content. But do we even have evidence of this? The average age of the AEW fan is something like 47, isn’t it? Plus, I’m fairly certain that when it comes to people with disposable income, the balance has changed since the period where 18-49 men ruled the day. It’s not COMPLETELY different, or different in all cases. But the zeroing in on this demo just suits the story.

If AEW were doing better in viewership, that would be the story. Guaranteed.
