According to Fightful, Big E's announcement of his cash-in for tonight's RAW might not have been WWE's decision and instead USA Network becoming a lot more hands-on with the plans for RAW & NXT this week.

Obviously Samoa Joe's injury caused things to change for NXT as well, as he had to relinquish his title. However, we're told that lineup changes are already happening for Tuesday's NXT as well. We were told that several of these changes for Raw and NXT were not within the control of the company. NXT talent still not have been clued in for much of the changes to the NXT brand.
