Vegas probably wishing they could do the same since the city recently had to withdraw more money from an emergency fund just to pay off the newest round of stadium debt owed from the bonds they issued.
Seems they didn't plan out the payments for these bonds that well since this is the second time in recent months they got hit with unscheduled payments owed.
