That was the big one but supposedly he kept getting into trouble backstage over drugs and other issues and was never punished for it because he kept getting protected and given second chances by some high level NXT officials.
Think the worst non-sexual related allegation against him was him being an illicit drugs supplier for talent in NXT leading to NXT having a serious drug problem going down at one point.
