Its still going to be risky holding large scale events, both indoors and outdoors, even with precautions in place but at least the idea of July being the start date instead of what Florida and Texas did was more grounded in thinking and mass vaccination assumptions.
Florida getting hit with another spike recently because of Spring Break proved that it was a bad idea for them to fully reopen as quickly as they did but their governor doesn't care since he's a moron.
