I listen to both of Cornette’s podcasts weekly. It’s very relaxing to listen to someone speak who understands why wrestling is shit and will likely need so much fixing before it becomes relevant again that none of us will be alive to see it. I get it. AEW hyping themselves as the “back to basics” alternative and then just doing a lot of old WWE shit as if the “basics” is late 90s WWE was kinda gross to me.

And this is coming from xrod and noid’s biggest detractor.

But Goddammit, Cornette speaks the truth and I love it.
