I'm confused about the exploding death match. Partly excited. Partly worried that this is a sign AEW is going off the rails. I just don't know how to feel about it. There certainly are some signs that AEW need a traditional booker in place that works under Tony with his influence but does the majority of the work. It's just tough to say right now. The card for Revolution reads like a TNA ppv with all the gimmicks. Maybe that's a good hook for a ppv right now I'm just not sure. Also I'm not enthralled by Kenny as champ. His reign has been my least favorite era for AEW thus far. But still there is a curious part of me marking out for the Barbed Wire Exploding Death Match. I loved their lights out match.
