Did anyone see on Sky Sports News, what happened at the Plymouth vs Yeovil match?

Plymouth had a player injured and the ball was put out. Yeovil went to return the ball to Plymouth and hoofed the ball up the pitch to the Plymouth keeper but the keeper wasnt in his goal and the ball went in and a goal was given. Then they kicked off again and Stevie Crawford was allowed to walk the ball up the field, through the defence and into the empty net to make it 1-1 again.

Plymouth lost 3-2 in the end
