Its fine if people shit on something they don't like. It's fine for people to have their own thoughts on something. The outrage over someone enjoying something that someone thinks is shit, seems silly.
In your example, what is "goofy" or not is subjective to Moxley. What you view as "goofy" may not feel "goofy" to him. Who am I (or any of us) to say, if we are being honest.
You think it's goofy, that's cool man. Maybe to Moxley it isn't THE LINE IN THE SAND (Evvvvvvvvvoolllutiiiooooooonnnnn). He seems happy, and if his schtick is anti-WWE, oh well? Then it sounds like Moxley, the real person, is your problem.
I've done the same job for multiple employers before, and though duties are the same, my tolerance level was definitely different based on the type of environment I was in and how I was treated. Think most of us have probably dealt with something similar.
