bertie bassett could do a better job than berti vogts.
the scottish FA should do 3 things:
1. sack vogts
2. get Martin O'Neil or Souness to do the job part time.
3. put a limit of 5 forginers only allowed in any scottish league team at any 1 time ( as same in england they are stopping the youngsters coming through)
