The number will tell an interesting story, but you're probably not going to hear Meltzer tell it. He's already settled on the "UK is down" narrative. If domestic buys are down, that won't explain a single thing, but I don't expect that to be addressed.

And no, I do not hate Meltzer. He's just very clearly biased and angling stories to make AEW look more pristine than they are. That's obvious. The extent of his Full Gear reporting was basically "It's about the same as All Out," wasn't it?
The 15-20k range is what the UK's share of AEW PPV buys have been since they started. Meltzer also doesn't think FITE is a strong enough replacement for the region at least for the time being which is how he came up with his low end estimate for the show.

If they manage to get around 100k again, then that means either their US PPV market grew or their international market managed to pick up the slack or both. That would be a pretty great sign since it means tv has grown their PPV market. If they hit that 80k range, then it means they managed to remain steady but haven't really grown yet despite the tv presence.
