Pretty much that and staying within the 2.5 million range for viewers since that was FOX's minimum to stay happy with the crazy amount of money they spent on SD.

FOX likely is going to lose a ton of money from this tv deal due to SD not constantly being in the 1.0 range for the key demo nor in the 3-4 million range for viewers but they gave up on those lofty goals just a couple of weeks into the new deal.
