Omega and Fenix are probably the best choices they currently have in regards to the short term. Fenix is the more valuable of the two since he can grow the Hispanic market for AEW and also strengthen their partnership with AAA.

Omega should have already been an established star for AEW but he mentioned before about wanting to take it easy this year for himself and being more focused on making sure the women's division was on very stable ground first. Based on what he said about the division for early 2020, that goal is almost done and he's likely going to start ramping things up for himself very soon.
