Honestly, I just see Cole and Facefuck Phillips swapping places. I think they will keep the three-person team for Raw (because it’s a long show and the company clearly like that presentation, for whatever reason). Byron Saxton quietly moves over and no one notices. Cole does SmackDown with someone, possibly a revolving door of personalities (JBL, Lawler, Booker, McGuinness, Vic Joseph, etc.). That’s a two-person team. Renee drops commentary to be FS1 host. Vic Joseph fills in around the place doing odd spots here and there so commentators can get time off/be “on location”/do angles. I can see him earning his stripes on Main Event in the meantime. I don’t know this Dio, but I can see him being Main Event and doing other things every now and then.

Eventually I can see McGuinness making the full-time move to SmackDown and Aiden English becoming the NXT. Or Dio if he is good.
