Probably why he's still around and not doing what John Cena is. Yeah he's getting a lighter schedule now but he's not an egocentric person. He's always put guys over and been willing to take the back seat for a while. He's essentially the prototype for what WWE wants today out of their talent.
I don't think WWE wants to create mega stars like The Rock and Cena anymore that can fully transition from the ring to Hollywood. Hell Hollywood movies are probably more ad-libs than most of WWE these days. They want guys they can come in and move up.and down when ever they want. Orton's has been that from the his first World Championship.
