It's not like he was weak in the ring either, he knew what to do and had a great moonsault.
Futher we have WCW who signed him for years and never sent him to work except one time I believe.

He did pretty well as The Genius . I think they felt he was too goofy to be pushed harder. I actually liked his tag team with George Wells of all people. They did a couple t.v's. I think he would have been better suited as a tag team guy.
