I don't see it happening. There's too much general support/indifference to Vince running things, whether or not that is misguided at this point or not.
He can be demoted as the chairman but pretty much would need him to be involved in a mega scandal for that to happen. Even then, he'd still likely own a very sizeable ownership share of the company going by what happened to Papa John's founder after his big racism scandal.

Him and Linda own something like 85-95% of the real power in the company so even combining the power of everyone else to oust him would be meaningless unless he agrees to leave. Not even Linda plus everyone else would be enough I believe.
