But Vince is on both shows. Why does it make sense for Roman to go specifically to Raw? That would only make sense if he was trying to get someone exclusive to Raw.

This is them actually trying. Roman, who has meant shit to ratings, is going to be on Raw to continue an angle that doesn’t make any sense. This is them honest-to-god trying.
