Think he's mentioned before why he's never bothered to get rid of all that paper cluttering his room. Something about that being his main archives and its quicker for him to look stuff up in paper form than whatever he has in his digital archives.

Probably a lot of procrastination as well when it comes to him cleaning out the clutter in his room.
