Why, thank you. I can still muster up some sort of engagement when the situation calls for it. Really pulling for AEW. And they've got a chance, because with only 2 hours, they will be able to focus on threads and give them proper development leading to big shows that feel like they've got a purpose, as opposed to clusters thrown together that stretch into the wee hours of the morning.

This company is gross.

They really are. On the sly, I think this is a good public move from Conrad. He probably knows he isn't going to get anyone, but this does more to heel WWE and make them a soulless entity. AEW has done lots of little clever moves that would make good PR in contrast to WWE, who are basically whores for the immediate dollar grab.
If wrestling actually gets some attention in slow news weeks when Smackers moves to FOX and AEW launches, and people want to write about it, then it's going to be pretty easy for journalists to portray AEW as rising babyfaces against the cold corporate empire that secretly still hates its female employees, has a history of racism and tokenism, and accepts sacks of money from the Saudi government while aware that it is tasteless.
Some of the smartest things AEW have done are around starting a promotion in the tones that they have.
