Rey Mysterio is a 1-time WWE Champion (and a 2-time World Heavyweight Champion) and his reign barely lasted the length of the Monday Night RAW episode. Using the "World Heavyweight Championship" and "WWE Championship" interchangeably is stupid.

It is stupid only because of how inconsistent they are about it. They will go out of their way to say someone never won a specific title or how many times exactly, but then, turn around and count combined championships, including stuff like throwaway tag reigns.

Then again, they do it elsewhere. A person can't have wrestled for years all over the world and still be a rookie.
