Seems another controversy involving WWE is being put into the mainstream spotlight, albeit one that has been around for decades and came really close last year to being changed via the courts.

The episode, which we were let to believe was set to air on Sunday Night, is a political show mixed with elements of satire and comedy aimed at exposing injustices with host John Oliver. The show spoke to several names in the industry.

This isn't the first time WWE has been brought up in the show. Last year, Oliver and Last Week Tonight covered various happenings in Saudi Arabia, and naturally, the WWE relationship was subsequently covered.

Fightful contributor David Bixenspan confirmed that the story was to be the focal point of the episode.

The show was a hot topic among several wrestlers that we spoke to who were backstage at WWE's live event in Hershey, Pennsylvania on Sunday. One told us that they didn't think it was a coincidence that the topic was being talked about one week away from WWE WrestleMania 35.
