Seems WWE was extra lazy with their handling of all the trademarks they got from WCW's purchase.

Turns out another former WCW trademark ended up in the possession of someone else. This time involving Lethal Lottery which was used in the early 90s by WCW.

Interesting enough is this trademark is related to one filed earlier by Cody Rhodes for Battlebowl since it was used in that match type.

Within the past couple of years, they allowed someone else to trademark WarGames, Halloween Havoc, Battlebowl, Bash at the Beach, Bunkhouse Stampede, and now Lethal Lottery. Arn Anderson is also in the process of owning some rights to the Four Horseman trademark.
