Seems 'fishy' to me WWE is putting Royal Rumble tix on sale this week and ticketmaster doesn't have the event listed yet, nor is their a seating chart/price range available yet.

WM/SummerSlam/Survivor Series all have this info posted at this point in time. Hmmm. PreSales typically start Wednesday and I think AmEx typically has one on Tuesday.
