Apparently HBK was the guy for Gargano/Ciampa. I'm sure Triple H contributed to it, don't get me wrong, but there would be an agent working with them, surely.

Heading in, I thought it would be "all hands on deck." Sara Del Rey because she's great with working with the women, Pat Patterson because he's a genius, Arn because he's Arn, etc. Without there being too many cooks, you know? But knowing that HBK likes his epics, that seems like something he could have pieced together with its interpersonal drama and the like.
Probably a combo of Triple H and Angle with Triple H laying out the match's direction and Angle with Ronda's spots.

Triple H has done similar hands-on stuff with his recent Mania matches while Ronda was getting trained mainly by Angle during the weeks leading up to the match.
