I'd like to think that (and Hardy/Wyatt certainly was a borefest), but the beach ball shit first started during what was actually a really good Neville/Mustafa Ali match during the post-Mania Raw. Then it happened during Cesaro/Sheamus/Rollins/Ambrose at SummerSlam which was also good and happened before they went on to feud for a million years.

Cesaro himself said he thought it was a massive fuck you that everyone was so easily sidetracked during his match because some tard brought in a beach ball. To me it seems no different than the wave breaking out during a sporting event. It's stupid as hell and distracts from what is happening on the field but the average schmuck in the crowd can't help but play along anyway.
