I think the phantom title changes is Rio de Janeiro. Wasn't the "unification" of the fictional North American and South American belts supposed to take place there as a bit of a gag to that?

I do remember Cornette talking about a city in the United States that is known for it. "Oh, just say it happened in Buttfuck, Virginia" or whatever.
