The Orioles have one of The best records in baseball since 2012 but nothing to show for it. I think his managing in the Wild Card game is the beginning of the end. Everyone loves buck partly because he brought winning baseball back to Baltimore however I think people also realize he's not going to get them all the way to a world Series. Much like his last 3 stints he did most of the dirty work and then someone else came in and got the team to the World Series. Its been the running joke with him but I think there's truth to it.
