Many in the company are wondering if WWE will retroactively announce the termination of Chris Benoit's contract. There was a lot of backstage talk this week with the anniversary of the Benoit tragedy that WWE never technically released Benoit and his remaining family might be owed some retroactive pay as a result of WWE's lack of oversight.
