Peyton Manning announced he won't be suing Al Jazeera regarding the roids report they published earlier in the year. At least 4 other players in the report will and a lot of growing speculation the NFL's own investigations are being purposely dragged along and hoping the public loses all interest in this situation.

However, USA Today, citing a person familiar with Manning’s strategy, said the former quarterback — surprise, surprise — has decided not to file a lawsuit. The source said this is due to his reluctance to allow access to personal information and records about he and his wife, Ashley, as well as the cost in resources he would need to shell out to go to court.
