1) According to a report from Kotaku, Microsoft is planning on releasing an upgraded Xbox One model next year and is rumored to include VR capabilities in the form of Oculus Rift support. Some rumored details include plans for the Xbox brand to follow the Apple model in terms of incremental upgrades and a boost from 500GB to 2TB for hard drive size.

5) Valve is currently dealing with a lawsuit by a former employee over allegations of workplace discrimination and deceptive workplace practices. According to the former employee, Valve might have violated child labor laws due to the amount of unpaid work hours given to minors at the company, purposely mislead minors to work at the company with promises of paid jobs which never happened, purposely withdrew employee benefits from the defendant related to her medical needs, and fired her after she went to Human Resources to complain about the growing hostile workplace environment for her.
