That bit about Heyman and Vince seems like at least some small part of the story of how creative control of (WW)ECW was pulled from Heyman by Vince just after December to Dismember in 2006. I seem to recall a taped rant by Heyman about it on the Tuesday following the PPV, at the top of the show. Was super duper pissed and I don't blame him one bit.
