I think the Pure Title would at least represent something different and unique to the company. I'd suggest Kyle O'Reilly. Put O'Reilly over and have Ishii go back to the Japan while O'Reilly gets focus in a division playing to his strengths.
You can blame Jay Lethal for that, really did great things with the TV title. Dude has had a championship around his waist for over 2 years now. I like the PURE rules but it being combined with the ROH World title I'm not sure they would bring it back.
