RE Owens match
They wanted to get a ladder match on the show to help load it up.
It's not like Zayn is incredibly over right now. I think vs Owens one on one would be a dead segment. Even though it's a cluster, the Ladder Match is pretty close to a can't miss segment on the show. You can spin off Zayn-Owens post Mania.
Ryback vs Kalisto needs to be one on one because of the story they are trying to tell there.
